I have been passionately helping lead our Disney Vacation Club account for over 12 years – at DENTSU since January 2022, and formerly at THELAB, NY, since 2014. Over the past decade, I have been closely collaborating with our Disney Vacation Club brand clients and managing relationships with our Yellow Shoes agency partners to create award-winning 360-degree brand work for Disney Vacation Club.
Seamlessly transitioned the creative portion of the Disney Vacation Club account from its former agency to Dentsu/McGarryBowen. Built a team of art directors, copywriters, and designers, while partnering with internal account, production, and project management teams to establish a first-of-its-kind high-volume workflow team model and processes within the agency.
Manage a team of 12-16 creatives and freelancers, including creative directors, associate creative directors, copywriters, art directors, and proofreaders.
Provide creative and strategic direction for high-level concepts, through a variety of 360 tactics (video, print, digital, social, email, direct mail, and audio).
Oversee an annual scope of 100+ projects with 1,800+ tactics, including branding and launch campaigns for Disney Vacation Club Resorts, social campaigns, lead generation and nurture campaigns, and virtual events.
Lead creative presentations to agency partners and clients, and continually help develop presentation skills among the team.
Direct film and photo productions at Disney Parks and Resorts, including pre- and post-production, and all edits (VFX, SFX, and music).
Elevate copy and design quality to meet agency and Disney’s high standards for storytelling.
Attract, inspire, mentor, and retain top creative talent.
Continually optimize processes for developing and routing high-volume cross-channel work through multiple client approvals, adhering to schedules, budgets, and workflows, ensuring we deliver all work cost-effectively and within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal Account and PM teams to allocate creative assignments and plan multiple projects.
Collaborate with the account team on SOWs, briefs, schedules, and expertly articulate and track project milestones, deliverables, and risks to account leads, internal and /or external vendors, while communicating progress, issues, and accomplishments.
Ensure clear communication, creative direction, and timely feedback to enhance creative solutions.
Demonstrate exceptional conceptual and problem-solving skills, while developing the team to become future leaders.

Managed and mentored creative teams—including copywriters, art directors, proofreaders, and freelancers—on high-volume Disney brand work. Directed concept development and execution for nearly 700 annual deliverables across 360 tactics, from resort launch campaigns and CRM programs to long-form video content. Led daily client presentations and provided on-site creative leadership for productions at Disney Parks and Resorts. Elevated copy and design standards while ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to schedules, budgets, and workflows. Partnered closely with account teams on briefs, SOWs, and process optimization to streamline multi-level client approvals.
As Associate Creative Director, expanded leadership responsibilities by hiring and guiding talent, shaping brand voice, and driving integrated campaigns for high-profile Disney Resorts. Previously, as Senior Copywriter, developed branding and launch collateral, mentored junior writers, and supervised scripts for video productions.

Developed brand voice, strategy, style guide, and copy for a direct-to-consumer dog food startup during its launch phase. Created product and packaging copy, as well as marketing content for web, digital, social, blog, and print. Collaborated weekly with the CEO/Founder, CMO, and web development team to shape the brand’s mission, messaging, and digital presence, ensuring strategy aligned with sales goals and continuously refined the website and marketing assets leading up to the 2021 launch.

(Contract role) Developed print and digital marketing campaigns, in-market collateral, catalogs, websites, CRM, shopper loyalty programs, and internal communications for one of the biggest toy retailers in the country at the time, including Toys‘R’Us, Babies‘R’Us, and FAO Schwarz. Worked on branding and launch materials for the Toys‘R’Us Movies streaming service website. (Full-time, 6-month contract position.)

(Contract role) Developed on-trend and targeted marketing campaigns for the Fashion Bug brand, which was a sister company of Lane Bryant and Catherines. Created streamlined seasonal and sale-related campaign copy for bimonthly catalog mailers, weekly promotional radio, direct mail, newsprint, environmental, telemarketing, apps, print, and POS. Attended weekly rollout meetings along with the Creative Director to research trends and absorb proper brand knowledge.

Created cohesive, descriptive SEO-driven e-commerce copy while following brand guidelines for all merchandise on barneys.com. Extensively researched vendors, trends, and products to ensure accurate and compelling descriptions for all trends and merchandise. Communicated regularly with buying, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure accurate product copy and placement. Wrote an average of 60 product descriptions per day.
